Ajay Prabhakar is an Africanist, Researcher, Author, Educationist and a Child and Woman rights activist.
He has been in the forefront of many activities and projects for the welfare of the children and Rural Women, a notable one of them being the "Education for every child" project which was executed in West Africa working with the Better Life Programme for Rural Women, wherein he had the opportunity to work with the First Lady of Nigeria, Mrs. Maryam Babangida.
He is the author of 6 books, which include They Lived before Adam, a research book relooking at the contribution of Africa and the African Civilization to the world through the Ikom Monoliths;
The Windows XP and Productivity Programs, the Microsoft Handbook which was extensively used in secondary schools and universities in Nigeria and for rural community development programs in Africa, in conjunction with Microsoft Outreach programs(Microsoft Unlimited Potential);
The Gram Code of African Adam: Stone Books and Cave Libraries, Reconstructing 450,000 Years of Africa's Lost Civilizations, an extensive dive into linguistics, comparison of ancient cave and stone writings using intelligent technological engines and algorithms;
The Lost testaments of Ancestors of Adam, comparing tangible and intangible cultures from different parts of the world; Impressions, a UN handbook and manual for Research, Research procedures and Research case studies;
and A Different path, an almanac for the implementation and monitoring of Millennium Development large scale Projects and Case studies. He also has multiple publications of United Nations and other organizations to his credit.
He was also the actively involved in charting the direction of the Non Government Organization, Let's help Humanity Foundation, for children and has partnered with various international organizations for child rights advocacy. He has also participated in the restoration and the sensitization of the "African Culture" in various parts of Africa collaborating with Global organizations like the Pan Africa Movement.
Dr. Ajay Prabhakar is a DSc holder from University in North Carolina. Ajay Prabhakar did his engineering in Software and System Applications and is a Certified Software Application Engineer. He has a list of other certifications and rich experience in Information Technology and its Management . He has also done his Masters in Business Administration. Dr. Prabhakar started his career working with Fortune 500 Company projects, namely Microsoft (client of Zen and Art Technologies), where he was a Senior Project Manager. He was appointed as Manager International Operations and Business Expansion by Mfi, a giant in Office Automation and Telecommunication, East Africa and in this capacity executed projects for commercial giants like Coca Cola, MTN (Uganda), and was Manager of the Installations and Maintenance (IT) Office of the President in Kenya. He was also responsible for execution of projects for the United Nations in Kenya.
He has travelled the entire range of East and West Africa, including countries like Kampala, Kenya, DR of Congo, Rwanda, Tanzania, Nigeria, Egypt and Benin Republic doing projects both in the private sector and the government sector. During his research in Europe, he has also worked with Qua Brainly Museum in Paris and other reputable organizations in London, Amsterdam, Brussels and Germany. Through the CARC, he has also been working with several universities in the United States of America namely Howard and the John Jay College.
He also had the opportunity to work with the President's Office of the Federal Republic of Nigeria through the Para statal of Arts and Culture under the Senior Special Adviser to the then President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo.
Justifying the outstanding contributions of this extraordinary intellectual, he has been conferred the role of the "Ambassador of the African Renaissance" by the Pan African group and also been conferred the "Global Ambassador of African Culture" by the Presidency of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Ajay Prabhakar was the Country Programs Coordinator for UNFAC under the aegis of the UN Convention to Combat Desertification which has its head quarters at the UN Building, Bonn, Germany. He handles several projects for the United Nations for the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals(SDG's). Some notable programs under his leadership include the Microsoft Outreach Program, in which UNFAC had partnered with Microsoft to give IT Training and implement the same in their occupations which impacted the livelihoods of more than 50,000 under-served community dwellers in Nigeria.
Ajay currently also the Project Head of the CARC team of Culture Researchers- Linguists, Anthropologists, Historians, IT specialists, Folklorists which conducts research on the different aspects of Ancient Civilizations.
He has bagged several awards which include the International Book Awards (Non Fiction) in 2010 and titles from several Institutions both commercial and government.
An addition to his International titles is the conferment of the Ambassador for Peace by the Universal Peace Foundation, founded in South Korea by Sun Myung Moon and his wife, Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon.
